Felice Lo Basso was born in Molfetta in 1973 and had his apprenticeship in the big gourmet restaurants in Italy and abroad. In 2011 he was awarded with the prestigious Michelin star. With a refined style, always in play between creativity and research of quality and respect of the raw materials its point of departure. His cuisine is born of the sea, and is grown in the mountains: the trait d'union is the search of quality products, the desire to experiment with forms and colours, to mix the tastes.
